All rehomed Greyhounds, Sighthounds and those still patiently waiting for their forever homes welcome to join Gary on The Great Global Greyhound Walk 2026. Speculative details below and will be confirmed in the next week or so: LOCATION: Lullingstone Country Park, DA4 0JF TIME: 09:15 for a 09:30 walk start ROUTES: Two walks will set off from the same starting point and split shortly after • Route 1 (1.7 miles) - less hilly led by Ian • Route 2 (3.8 miles) - more hilly led by Matt NOTES: Hound count and photos at start of walk to be added to the global tally

For Sighthounds and other breeds from a Sighthound family - join Sighthound Saturdays on this Great Global Greyhound Walk - The walk is circular, starting and ending at the same point. At the mid point we will stop for a rest and photos. There are cafes at the start and mid point of the walk and public toilets along the route. Starts at Mugs Cafe

Run by Maidstone Greyhound Walks, to join the Maidstone Great Global Greyhound Walk, meet on the green in front of Mote Park cafe at 9.45am to start the walk at 10am. A relaxed group and welcome all like minded people. Other non-houndie family dogs very welcome, just be aware when walking that some greys may not be too comfortable being next to them. As per the GGGW walk rules, all dogs must be on leads at all times. A 90 minute walk weather dependent.

Breed meets are normally 10.30am to midday and include a pup cup per dog.

We’re so excited to be taking part in The Great Global Greyhound Walk again this September! - Last year, nearly 100 hounds joined us in Tonbridge, and we’d love to see another brilliant turnout this year. Join us, alongside thousands of sighthounds and their owners around the world, for a lovely morning of walking, meeting fellow sighthound lovers and raising awareness for these wonderful dogs. - Location: Tonbridge Castle & Park - Time: 11am — the walk will set off at 11.15am sharp - Duration: Approximately 1 hour of sighthound fun - Accessibility: The route is suitable for buggies and wheelchairs Whether you’ve joined us before or it’s your first Great Global Greyhound Walk, we’d love to see you there! - Suggested donation: £3 per dog — all proceeds go to Kent Greyhound Rescue

Hosted by Tribe (Arbys) Cafe, normally every Wednesday meet at Tribe (was Arbys) Cafe, sociable woodland walk then back to the cafe for drinks if you would like to.

Walk 10am to 11am meet Tribe Cafe and coffee and cafe 11am to 2pm, all welcome

Come and join us for our George & Dragon Pub Walk.

We’ll be meeting at the pub from 9:30am, where you can enjoy complimentary tea or coffee and a bacon sandwich before we set off at 10am. The walk will last around an hour and a half and we'll make it back in time for lunch.
