You and your loyal dog crew have discovered the map to Captain Barkbeard’s long-lost treasure.

But beware—the treasure is cursed, and you must solve a series of pirate trials and get the code to captain Barkbeard’s treasure chest ……or be trapped as ghost pirates & Pawrets forever!

Our summer event is bringing ''escape room vibes'' with a twist as something innovative to do with your dog! Join the Pirates training camp, walk the plank, search the ship, solve the clues to unlock the treasure chest! Carefully thought out for a fun day and to get your dogs brain working and obviously some amazing photos!!

Suitable for dogs that need space, each activity is spaced out & on lead set in 3.5 acres of land which makes it inclusive to everyone. Pre-booking essential.

Dog-Themed Market – Treat your pup (and yourself!) with toys, treats, accessories, and more from local stallholders
Woodland Walks – Explore our scenic trails with your dog at your side
Agility Course – Try your paw at our fun and low-pressure agility zone
Splash Pool – Cool down with a dip – dogs only! – This is a small, fun sized pool.
Live Music – Enjoy chilled acoustic sets and upbeat performances throughout the day
Outdoor Bar – Relax with a drink in hand, including beers, ciders, wine, and soft drinks
Food – Our café is open serving a wide range of hot meals and snacks

On site parking, £3 per vehicle

Your ticket includes full admission to our gardens (usually £3). Our gardens can be steep and rooty in places. Access to our market areas is via a slope. Unfortunately this event is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

All friendly dogs welcome – please keep them on a lead unless in designated off-lead zones.

Greyfest weekend welcomes all breeds not just sighthounds, you can camp or go for the day or both days, food, stalls, displays, dog shows and of course live music, this year at Mount Ephraim Gardens on their cricket pitch, up high overlooking the stunning gardens and the house and you can enjoy the gardens during Greyfest.

All dogs must be on a lead at all times to respect the enjoyment of the other guests enjoying the gardens and to protect the wildlife and birds that live here. Tickets and camping are now available through on the link, we may need to restrict numbers so don't delay, they will be on a first come first served basis.

We have kept the entry price the same this year for those that won't enjoy the gardens. However, if you think that you will enjoy the gardens over the weekend then please consider adding a small donation to the ticket price as our costs have understandably increased this year. The normal cost to enter the gardens is £9.50 per person so please bear that in mind. As we are not charging for children under 16 please consider a small donation for any children. There is plenty of parking and toilets. The disabled access is good to the gardens but the access to the cricket pitch is up a slope so please consider this and message us with any questions.

If you need disabled parking please pre-book your entry tickets and select the box. Doors 10am until about 6pm. Shows start at 11am.
Ring 1 is for Sighthound specific classes.
Ring 2 is for all breeds.
Ring 3 will be for all breed formal showing classes and a mixture from the other 2 rings.
So, ALL WELCOME! Ring entry is £2 pay in the entrance to the ring, no need to pre register. Judging starts at 11 am both days and all rings Entry on the gate will be available but it is advisable to pre book. You will then receive email updates and most importantly an email if there are vital changes. We are running a pay what you can system. To be sure of receiving notifications and updates in the event of news or changes book tickets in advance. Camping and stallholders can also be booked at our shop. Traders and campers you may arrive mid afternoon on Friday to set up. If arriving each day then arrival is 8am to 9am, please no earlier. No vehicle movement on site after 9.30 please. Monies raised will be going to Broocie's Fundraising to help dogs in need all over the world.

All welcome on the Saturday 6th September 2025. Dog stalls, dog ice cream, Face painting (for humans only) Food stalls, Awards for best dresses, cutest puppy, best trick & most importantly waggiest tail. Few rules: We do ask that all dogs are kept on leads. We have loads of walking routes on the farm so if you need to let your 4 legged friend off please ask us and we can send you to the right place. We bring you the first ever Folkestone Harbour Dog Show! Hosted by Best Behaviour School for Dogs, a family - friendly, fun dog show open to all. The show will take place at the beach end of the old Folkestone Harbour Station.

Registration opens from 11am, so make sure to sign up as places are limited. There will 8 Categories to enter: Prettiest Girl, Handsomest Boy, Golden Oldie, Cutest Puppy, Waggiest Tail, Most Gorgeous Eyes, Best Trick & Musical Sits. There will be prizes and rosettes for each category.

Paws in the Park is back for another year of tail-wagging fun!
The UK’s largest outdoor dog show returns with two weekends packed full of exciting activities for both you and your dog.
Join us on May 17th-18th at the South of England Showground, and again on September 20th-21st at the Kent Showground in Detling.
Come along to see amazing demonstrations from skilled working dogs in the main arena and choose from over 30 activities for your dog to try, including; dogstable, agility, flyball, mini paws, and gun dog scurries. There's even the chance for your dog to make a splash at the K9 Aqua Zone and Dash N Splash!
