We handle reactive animals, we take on dogs with bite history, we work with fearful dogs and we are XL dog-friendly!

We are animal led, we don't push animals into things they aren't ready for - i.e. if a walk is booked and they aren't comfortable leaving with us yet (happened a handful of times with our nervous doggos), we do pop ins to build that confidence first.

At Satterley Labradors all our labs are part of the family, wonderful companions and just a little bit spoilt! We are passionate about breeding with the utmost care for them.

Before going to their new homes the puppies they will be micro-chipped, vet-checked, vaccinated, Kennel Club registered, wormed, flea treated and leave with a full puppy pack, 5 generation certificate & lifetime support.

Support starts from first contact and no question is too big or small. This is part of the package you are getting when you purchase a Satterley Labrador puppy! Support ranges from planning to bring puppy home, through settling, house training, adolescence, to managing older labs, their later life & after. We consider all our puppy buyers as friends/family as each puppy leaves with a piece of us - cliched but very true! Litter What's App groups enable us all to see the siblings grow, share advice & stories & adds another layer of support.

Our puppies go to vetted & wonderful homes only, who commit to keeping in touch (within reason - we won't be interfering unless needed!). If you would like more information about us & our dogs/puppies then please get in touch and we can arrange a time to have a chat. This gives you the chance to vet us (very important) & of course to be vetted.

Please note the following ...

* Once vetted, we operate a waiting list so please be prepared to wait, to commit to being on our list only & keeping us informed of any plan changes. This is essential as we try to only breed when we have a full list to ensure each puppy has a home to go to.
**Our contract states any puppy/dog no longer able to be cared for must be returned to us so we can re-home or for them to remain with us if that is in the best interest of the puppy/dog. No Satterley Labrador will go into rescue.
***All puppies go to their new homes with breeding & importing restrictions. We are willing to work with the buyer &, if appropriate, lift them. This is to ensure the best interests of the puppy are held at all times & that a Satterley Labrador isn't used for puppy farming/shipped abroad irregularly.
****Kennel Club rules -no dog to be mated until aged 1 & from 2nd season, with a year & a season between litters. Max of 4 litters/2 if caesarian. Cannot be mated after age 8. We wait until 3rd season & approx age 2 as we believe this is within the best interests of the lab.

I am a qualified counsellor with additional pet bereavement training as well as an animal lover & owner. This grief is often overlooked & minimised. I offer a safe place to talk, be understood & respected.

As a pet lover and owner, and therefore, of course, a human who has lost a pet, I can really identify with the grief at the loss of our pets and the grief/fear at the thought of it.

I also have experienced the mixed support of others who don't necessarily understand the loss of such a unique relationship. No matter what the pet, however big or small, the loss is real. I understand this grief and pet bereavement counselling can really help.

It doesn't matter when the loss happened or even if the loss hasn't happened yet, pet bereavement counselling can really help.

Poppy's Play Parks is home to 2 fantastic, 3 & 4 acre fully secure dog fields. Located between Dover, Deal and Sandwich Kent here is some info about Poppy's Play Parks.

*Bookings are for up to 6 dogs (more by agreement) & are for a full hour of play for a fantastic price of £10! *We also offer brilliant discounted packages that make us even better value.

*We welcome registered banned breed dogs to Poppys. In order to comply with government guidelines we need to see each dog's * Registration certificate * Proof of microchip * Proof of 3rd party liability insurance * Proof of neutering or vet card to verify DOB if too young to be neutered

*There is a gap between each full hour enabling you to get your dog(s) in the car & leave with no crossovers before the next booking. This is for the comfort of the dogs.

*We provide mains water, clean toys & water bowls for each booking (a great clean/used system).

*PPP1 is 3 acres, tucked away at the top with all the above provided and amazing views. Summer parking outside gate & winter parking a 2 minute walk.

*PPP2 is 4 acres, has all the same amenities plus fantastic agility equipment. All year round parking outside the gate. Lower down in the farm, beautiful views and just wonderful.
