Every first Saturday of the month from 9.30am, walkies on down to The Cow Shed at The Ship Inn, where you’ll find a whole host of treats & toys for your BFF (Best Fur Friends) and a delicious brunch menu to woof down!!! You'd be barking mad to miss it, booking recommended!

If you can't walkies then you can drive and park and register your car at the bar for free parking!

We’ll also have the amazing Bolt Bites joining us with yummy treats.

Our full breakfast menu is available until midday but stay as long as you like in our dog-friendly pub inside and out, see you Saturday!

At the Puppy Dog Tails field between Borstal and Wouldham this normally runs on Saturdays 10-10.55am for pups up to 10kg. Lynda who owns Puppy Dog Tails is always in attendance along with her apprentices and there is a tuck shop with doggy ice cream for sale.

Suitable for any age, type or ability. This class may not be suitable for reactive dogs or pups. If this will be your first session, please contact Lynda prior to booking to organise a free 15 minute meet and greet.

A whole day of dog-themed fun at Woolton Farm.

Great Dane Gatherings - Kent which has its own Facebook group strives to be a warm, welcoming community offering safe and fun playdates with kindness and respect to all members, join in and help make Kent a happier place for Great Danes!

This course is perfect for both pet enthusiasts and individuals working in the pet industry. It encompasses fundamental first aid topics for Dogs and Cats, but the knowledge can also be applied to a wide range of other animals. Gaining a grasp of basic pet first aid equips you with the abilities to provide initial assistance and mitigate their condition from deteriorating until veterinary care is administered.

Topics covered include CPR, choking, bandaging and more.

All supplies are provided as well as light refreshments. Level 2 CPD Accredited Certificate awarded upon successful completion.

Course is approximately 4.5 hours long.

Fun annual dog show, with seventeen classes including best smiley face and best grumpy face, and rosettes to 6th place for the winners and runners- up.

Come early for refreshments in the Barn Café from 10 a.m., tours of the windmill, and stalls and a tombolag.

Otherwise be there if you can for 11a.m. when judging the first class (Prettiest Bitch) starts.

It’s a fun day out for you, your friends and family - and your dog - and an opportunity to support the Guide Dogs for the Blind charity and meet lots of puppies and dogs.
