Coco's Collection offers a range of handmade snuffle mats - a great enrichment activity for dogs, designed for concealing treats or kibble. Pet Treat Jars and Tug Toys also available!

Snuffle mats provide both mental and physical stimulation, encourage natural foraging behaviours, reduce separation anxiety, promote slower eating, supplement exercise, relieve boredom and offer a fun activity!

Each snuffle mat is approximately 25cm x 25cm square, upcycled with care from preloved fleece blankets (purchased mainly from charity shops) and are 100% machine washable. The price is £15 per snuffle mat and postage can be arranged at an additional cost.

Find them all to complete your trail sheet and collect a Candy Cane Prize from our café. Our Candy Cane Trail is open throughout December. Our trail opens at 10am daily. Canterbury Cathedral is now dog-friendly both in the precincts and inside the cathedral. This hasn't always been the case! Dogs are not however allowed in services (assistance dogs aside).

And from 15th November 2024 to 24th December 2024 access to the precincts (grounds) is free! So you can enjoy the Canterbury Cathedral Christmas Market with your dog for free!

WHAT IS HOOPERS?!

Hoopers is fast and fluid where dogs get to negotiate a course of hoops, barrels and tunnels whilst the handler directs them at distance.

Distance handling upskills the human/canine partnership whilst 'lower impact' and generally safer by avoiding jumps, tight turns and heights. Great for junior and senior dogs as well as handlers with limited physical fitness - your dog does the hard work! Big dogs, small dogs, any breed of any age can enjoy Canine Hoopers. Come and join the fun!
